General Information

How come I can't stream the game from work device or network?
  • Many companies like schools and government may restrict certain content (live video) and programs that employees can access

If you are using a device provided by your company or you are using your companies private network and the live stream is not playing, please contact your IT Department. Do not contact the team

What games are broadcast on this streaming site?
  • We stream only our home games from the Hodder Memorial Complex on our streaming site, Red Wings Live

Account Information

Do I need an account to watch the live stream?
  • Yes, you must create an account to be able to watch any of our live streams
How do I setup an account?

Follow these steps to create an account or sign in:

  • Click "Log IN" on the top right side of the site
  • If you already have an account, enter your email address and password
  • If you do not have an account, click "Create Account"
  • Enter your email address, new password and confirm your new password and enter your display name then click Create Account.

NOTE: Account creation is protected by Cloudflare for Bot control

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
  1. Click on Log In
  2. In the sign in form, click on "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address into the box and click "Send Reset Link"
  4. Check your email for a reset link from Deer Lake Red Wings, no-reply@redwingslive.com. Check your spam folder
  5. Click the link and enter your new password and submit it
How many devices can I sign in to at one time?
  • This live stream platform is developed to be one login per purchase

I can't view the event, how do I get help?
  • Live streaming relies on several technologies, including your internet connection, device, browser, and the streaming service itself. From time to time, these factors can affect the quality or availability of the broadcast.
  • If you are experiencing buffering, playback problems, poor video quality, or difficulty accessing the stream, please visit our Viewing Tips section first. It includes several quick troubleshooting steps that can resolve most common viewing issues.

Can I change my account password?

Yes, you can change your Red Wings Live account password. Follow the below steps:

  • Once logged in with your current username and password, click on "My Purchases"
  • Below your purchases, you will see a form to update your password
  • Enter your existing password, new password and confirm your new password
  • Click Update password
